Frequently asked questions
FAQ
How much does it cost?
Nothing until 31 December 2026. From 2027, appearing in the app will move to a monthly subscription with no commitment. You will be told in advance and are free to continue or not.
Do I pay for the coins riders use?
No. Coins have no monetary value: they only unlock your perk. You alone decide what you offer and how many coins it takes.
Why only 10 spots?
So every partner stays visible. We limit it to 10 partners per category and per area: first come, first served.
How do riders contact me?
From your listing, a “Get in touch” button opens a form pre-filled with the rider’s details. Their request is emailed straight to you.
Can I change or stop my offer?
Yes, at any time. Write to us and we will update or remove your listing.
